Leona Lewis - I Am

30 year-old Leona is from Islington, North London. Having attended the Brit School she shot to fame by winning the X-Factor TV talent show in 2006 going on to enjoy the Christmas Number 1 with ‘A Moment Like This’. Her follow-up single ‘Bleeding Love’ was the biggest selling song of 2007 before  reaching Number 2 with ’Better In Time’ helping to raise money for Sport Relief. Her 3rd Number 1 single came with the release of Snow Patrol’s ‘Run’. Leona performed at the Beijing Olympic Games singing live in front of a TV audience of millions all over the world. This is the title track from her 5th album and her first release away from Simon Cowell’s record label. ‘I Am’ is co-written by Eg White who wrote Will Young’s Number 1 single ‘Leave Right Now’ and ‘Warwick Avenue’ for Duffy.
