Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott - Moulding Of A Fool

Paul was a member of the Housemartins who went to Number 1 with ‘Caravan Of Love’ before being part of the Beautiful South who had hits with ‘Song For Whoever’ and their Number 1 ‘A Little Time’. Jacqui Abbott took the part of Briana Corrigan when she left The Beautiful South in 1994 and sang of ‘Rotterdam’ and ‘Perfect 10’. Having left when the band folded in year 2000, Jacqui joined Paul Heaton in 2011 to appear in the musical ‘The 8th’’. Earlier this year Paul and Jacqui released ‘D.I.’Y’, the first single from their album ‘What We Have Become’. ‘Moulding Of A Fool’ is the 2nd single. Paul said working with Jacqui again was like going to your garage to discover a beautiful Rolls Royce you’d had covered up. As well as making music Paul Heaton owns a pub in Salford near Manchester.
