Rotherham Headteacher Warns Of 'Recruitment Crisis'

Pepe Di'lasio from Wales High School has been responding to a national report, which claims the number of secondary school teachers has been falling since 2010.

He's told us something needs to change: "Teacher recruitment is down 22 percent on numbers from last year - and numbers were down last year as well. I don't think we have met the recruitment targets for new teachers in our sector for the last five years".
